In terms of flavor, these bars are perfect. In terms of nutrition they are perfect as well. Unfortunately for me the consistency is a problem. When I am working hard they are really tough to get down. As ichew them they turn to paste. So I have to drink quite a bit to get them down. That is tough to do when you are struggling in longer races.
