When creating Enduro Bites, I experimented with practically every carbohydrate source I could find, looking to make an appetizing bar without spiking glucose levels or leading to that inevitable “rot gut”. I eventually settled on honey as one of our carbohydrate sources, and you’ll see it on every Enduro Bites' ingredient list.Â
